| 1.Fold and sew 6 inch hems (edges)
along 4 sides of billboard face 2.Marked center points on four hems of billboard face 3.Start from center point, measured 21" out to right and left, drilled 1-5/8" (diameter) holes, proceed measuring 40" and 42" alternately and drilled holes accordingly |

| 4.Insert Aluminum Gripper Bars (See
Remark below) inside hems, make sure that each hold correspond with
center point, hole to hole 5.At back of billboard sign, fasten one "S" hook to aluminum gripper bars, another "S" hook to stringer on the billboard structure. Adjust cogwheel until snuggly tighten. 6.Fastening Sequence: Start from top to left, or right to bottom. |
