T-Flex Warranty Policy
1.  All complaints will be settled with replacement material only.
2. Rainpal reserves the right to have all complaint material returned to factory for full inspection.
3. Customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately after receipt and, if defects are discovered, give prompt notice of such defects to Rainpal within a week of receiving the product. If customer fails to give such notice, the goods are deemed to be approved, unless it was impossible to discover the defect during the inspection. The complaint must be identified by our production lot and roll numbers to be available for credit. Our products shelf life is 6 months after landed at customer’s designated port of destination. When with UV finish, frontlit products are good for 12-month outdoor and backlit products are for 18- to 24-month depending on application locations.
4. At the expense of Rainpal a sample will be submitted for review. The sample size will be determined on a case by case base.  
5.  Settlement.
full roll problem=full roll credit
less than full roll problem = pro rata discount
6. Rainpal assumes no responsibility to:
the compatibility of our inkjet products to the inks used by the customer.  Customer should conduct its own test for ink compatibility before mass production.
the color matching problem when customer mix-use the same substrates from different production lots.
the portion of the complaint material that has already been used, except those for the testing purposes.
the complaint on LCL shipments for dents on rolls or packaging breakage.
the complaint for dents on rolls, and the printing problems caused by dents, happened during transportation and handling outside of transportation and handling from Rainpal’s facilities to Rainpal’s direct customer’s facilities.
7. Any liability of Rainpal to customer shall be limited to a sum equal to the price paid by customer to Rainpal for the products.  Rainpal shall never be responsible or held liable for any indirect loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings or, to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law, damages resulting from physical injury to tangible property or death or injury of any person or persons whether arising from Rainpal’s negligence, or otherwise.
